TV stand/Entertainment centre - construction

I've chosen cherry as a main wood species. Bought some 30mm thick boards and several 50mm thick. I've cut them immediatelly to rough sizes and let them acclimate in my shop. Then planed them to desired dimensions.

Legs are faced glued from two boards and planed to 70mm square. Because they will have really complex shapes when finished, it is a good idea to cut all the mortises first, when they are nice straight and square.
I used handheld router with a simple jig to cut all mortises.

The sides construction should be clear from the pictures. It is simple raised panel in grooves all around the perimeter to allow for wood movement.

Decorated aprons for front and back was drawn in Sketchup using Arc tool and printed. Then the ornaments was hand drawn on the paper using a pencil. Finaly I scanned everything back to computer for future use - this piece of furniture is the first piece of whole collection I plan to build. Final drawing was attached to the wood using sprayed adhesive.

These pictures are showing how the three parts bottom is made.

And finaly the back part of the piece.
